| Our projects vary
according to the Extern's skills, interests and goals. Although the
Extern gains skills in many areas of video production,
we tend to focus the projects on one area of production such as research,
script writing, grant writing, archiving videos, or field production.
Last year's Extern worked primarily with lighting, audio recording,
and as cameraman, but spent a good deal of time doing internet research
on future program topics. |
Research and writing
skills are helpful. Previous experience in audio and video production
is not necessary as long as the candidate is motivated and has an
active curiosity. |
