UVBEP Career Carnival
Each fall since 2002, UVBEP has hosted a Regional Career Carnival at the Fireside Inn and Suites in West Lebanon, NH. Over the years, nearly 3,000 Juniors from area high schools have come to spend time exploring various career fields and to try hands-on activities representative of the variety of career options available in the Upper Valley.
Students arrive in shifts throughout the day, beginning at 8:00 am, and
are encouraged to explore the various booths, ask questions, discover
interesting facts about area companies and gather information on educational
requirements. Students from UVBEP Partner Schools have the opportunity
to attend interactive workshops covering various life planning topics,
i.e. personal finance, resume building, teamwork, communication, creative
