School Funding Options
The Upper Valley Business and Education Partnership has developed a flexible menu of participation options. We realize that schools are at different stages of career education and community collaboration. The UVBEP can customize a plan that fits most appropriately with current programming and meets the needs and interests of each individual school or district. Exploratory Partners
The first level is the Exploratory Level, where schools can sample services by making a one time, introductory contribution. This level offers a taste of our programs and services in addition to an assessment of the current offerings for career education/guidance, community participation, etc. The assessment will identify any gaps in programming and make recommendations to fill those gaps.
Fee Per Service Partners
The second level is Fee Per Service, where a school pays a set figure for participation in a specific program. For example, this summer several schools paid a fee per Educator to participate in the Summer Externship Program to cover the program facilitation and follow-up services.
Full Service Partners
The third level is the most comprehensive. Schools participating at this level contribute a flat rate per student to access all of our services in a reasonably unlimited manner.
